“How do we exploit the space, so we get the maximum impact in our physical stores?” We just got that question from the Plantorama chain, and we therefore initiated a two-part process that will bring the customer journey and POS activities to a more insightful level. We must now go visit the chain’s stores and look at the possibilities, map the potential and initiate a work which, at the very practical level, includes everything from measuring individual shops to creating a strategy, where we draw on our numerous studies of POS impact in the retail industry.
